Asian-Style Chicken Vegetable Stir-Fry

  • 400g chicken breast fillets

  • 500g Woolworths simply stir-fry hokkien noodles

  • 400g Woolworths simply stir-fry traditional vegetables

  • 60ml Ayam hoisin sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips.

  3. Once hot, place the chicken strips in the frying pan and cook for a few minutes. Add the hoisin sauce and continue to cook until the chicken is just done.

  4. Add the vegetables and noodles and cook until heated through.

  5. Place one serve on a plate and enjoy!

Notes: You can add in some sriracha sauce if you like it spicy.
