Tuna, celery and bean salad

  • 2x 95 g tuna chunks in springwater

  • 120 g Coles four bean mix (drained weight)

  • 110 g Celery, raw

  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar

  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil


  • Drain the tuna and beans and add to a bowl.

  • Wash and chop the celery finely.

  • Add the celery to the bowl.

  • Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Optional: season with black pepper and salt
