WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Athlete Coaching is for competitive physique athletes, designed to bring your best to stage. This requires lifestyle balance to be put on hold while extreme practices are maintained for a period of time in pursuit of bodybuilding excellence. We guide you through this process in the healthiest way possible, with a smart exit strategy after your show (our Flex Recovery Program). This helps athletes have a productive off-season instead of battling with post-show binge eating and body image anxiety.
Transformation Coaching is designed for fitness enthusiasts who are not pursuing competitive bodybuilding, and who want to make a healthy, sustainable, physical transformation. We focus on building nutrition and exercise knowledge & skills, mindset adjustments, long-lasting habit changes, and a balance that suits you.

Although both types of client may follow similar principles (eg monitoring progress, adjusting nutrition habits, having a smart training routine etc) the outcome, level of accuracy and detail, expectations of sacrifices, and sustainability is very different.
The idea for a bodybuilding client is to get into the best shape possible to win a competition. That shape and the behaviours necessary to achieve it are not sustainable, which is why we take competitors through a 'recovery phase.
Whereas for transformation clients, a big emphasis is put on a sustainable system so that when the goal is reached, it can be maintained long term. We teach transformation clients how to achieve and keep results without having to sacrifice the food they love, their social life, and having to meticulously count calories to the gram forever.
