Yes, My Fitness Pal (MFP) is a handy tool to record your food and tally your daily totals, but like any system, it is not without its flaws. New and experienced trackers alike usually overlook these flaws, unaware that they are spending way more time and effort than needed to get results.

That is why we developed this course... so you have a fast-tracked way of learning how to do it right, for the best results! 

At Flex Success, we have been coaching people since 2016 and have used our thorough understanding of the common tracking problems and points of confusion as the framework for this course. No more relying on the MFP database for correct info about the food you're eating (hint: It is usually wrong!), or not knowing what to do when you eat outStop stressing about if your macros are set correctly, how to track alcohol, or if you should be weighing your food at raw weight or after it's cooked (it matters!)

 

This mini-course has all of this covered. But you're not restricted to the 'mini'.
