      PHASE 1 - Hypertrophy: Building muscle size and symmetry (your ‘off-season’ / growth-season).

      PHASE 2 - Prep foundations: Ensuring health, habits, and mindset for a successful prep.

      PHASE 3 - Comp prep: Getting conditioned for stage day, including personalised nutrition, training, supplement, and recovery plans + federation/category guidance, trunk, tanning, and posing guidance, and customised peak-week protocols.

      PHASE 4 - Comp recovery: Supporting your transition and success after competition, back into a growth season OR life after competition.
