Can I Undertake Coaching For Just 1 Week?

Our goal at Flex Success is not to just help you reach your goal(s) but to teach you the tools to maintain them. The teaching/learning process takes times, which is why we have a 12-week minimum coaching term.

Am I Limited To Only 12 Weeks Of Coaching?

No. Clients stay on for as long as they need to, however 12 weeks is the minimum term.

What Will I Get As A Client Of Flex Success?

Our 12-week minimum coaching term ensures all clients learn the hows and whys of nutrition. You will leave the coaching with a new-found confidence to control your own diet, with the ability to eat any food type you like, while staying on track with your goals.

Flex Success has a tight community of clients and coaches who interact on a daily basis via a private Facebook group. We share stories, recipes, information and support. The Flex Family welcome all people with a shared interest of personal progression.

What Are Macronutrients?

The 4 macronutrients are: protein, carbohydrates, fat and alcohol

What Are The Right Macros For Me?

Macronutrient targets are highly variable. There is no one ‘right’ split for everyone as each individual varies in their age, height, activity, goals, medical history etc. A full assessment will need to be completed before any recommendations can be given.
